There will be two ceremonies on Thursday 14 March 2019 – at 11.00am and 3.00pm. Find out which ceremony you should attend. You will be able to register your attendance and book guest tickets from Monday 10 December 2018.

Please note that there is no charge for graduates when registering your own ticket. Find out more information on guest tickets.


The following needs to apply in order for you to be eligible to attend your ceremony.

  •  You must have registered your attendance by Thursday 14 February 2019 5.00pm (GMT)
  •  Your award must be agreed. For all those who are due to graduate in March 2019, your award must be agreed by Thursday 14 February 2019 in order for you to attend the ceremony. If you do not have your award agreed by this date, you’ll be sent information from your faculty about the next steps you should take, and you will not be able to attend your ceremony. If you have a query about your results, please contact your faculty directly as the Graduations team will not be able to assist you.

Gown booking deadline

Book your gown via the Ede & Ravenscroft website by Friday 1 March 2019.


St George’s, University of London award certificates will be posted to graduates within three months of receipt of their final results. If you haven’t received your certificate within this time, please contact

Kingston University award certificates will be given to attending graduates on the day of the ceremony. If you are not attending, it is important you let us know by logging onto the graduation system. Select the option ‘not attending’ and provide an address for your certificate to be sent to by Thursday 14 February 2019. Failure to inform us you are not attending may result in your certificate not being sent to you.
