Bridges: Stroke self-management
Previously known as Stepping Out, Bridges is a stroke self-management programme which aims to find better ways of supporting people in the longer term after stroke.

Heritage2Health
Heritage2Health stages ‘challenge events’ at heritage sites across the UK, aimed at supporting the wellbeing of people who may feel socially isolated or excluded because of a disability or health condition, or the demands of caring for others.

Learning Disabilities Caring Solutions
This project aims to pilot a new model for residential service development in which service users’ families and/or advocates work in partnership with care staff, educationalists and key service providers.
