We welcome the opportunity to work with your health or social care organisation to tailor a programme of learning - from ad-hoc study days to longer term training programmes - that meets your specific needs.
We work collaboratively in partnership with you to ensure the content and delivery of the programme clearly aligns with the practice needs of your organisation.
Our knowledge and skills are underpinned by our programmes of research, cutting-edge delivery of teaching and learning and regular consultations with health and social care service users.

- Joint delivery of the programme, ensuring that the reality of practice is incorporated
- Work-based learning so that participants are applying the knowledge gained from the programme to their own practice
- Programmes can be delivered at your site or on the Faculty's campuses
- Programmes can be designed to carry academic credit, depending on the needs of your organisation and staff/students
- Students will have access to our learning resources and support services, including online learning facilities
- We encourage a mix of students from a variety of disciplines and grades in a workplace, to work in groups and engage in shared learning, enabling staff to explore their own and others’ roles and begin to develop a culture of change
- Our programmes are evaluated both 'before and after' to measure the effects and benefits.
We are currently working with a number of organisations including Wandsworth Primary Care Trust at Queen Mary’s Hospital, Kingston Primary Care Trust and the London and South East Coast Ambulance Services.
