Study day: AHPs – supervision and mentoring practice

Develop and refresh your approach to professional supervision for registered AHPs in practice with reference to themes in contemporary literature, models of supervision, HCPC standards and wider professional body guidance. Consider supervision from a supervisor and supervisee perspective.  Explore the potential of innovative and creative approaches to supervision with reference to underpinning theoretical perspectives of learning, behaviour change and professional identity.

This course can be combined with a work-based learning module to gain credits at level 7.

Who is this study day for? This course will be valuable for all allied health professionals who wish to develop their skills, knowledge and approaches to post-registration professional supervision and mentoring.
