This course is a very practical ‘hands on’ day run in our skills and simulation training facilities. Course content includes: Recognition and management of a patient with anaphylaxis Recognition of level of consciousness including use of assessment tools Recognition and management of the patient in cardiac arrest including BLS and use of an Automated External Defibrillator Management of a patient who has fainted Management of a choking patient Recognition and management of a patient in respiratory distress Recognition and management of a patient who is bleeding Who is this study day for?
