CPPD Study day: Coaching for team leaders
This interactive study day aims to raise awareness of the role and potential application of coaching techniques in team development in order to achieve common goals and resolve team problems. Examples of areas where coaching can produce measurable outcomes include communication, motivation, time management, self confidence, stress management and productivity. Course content includes:

- The coaching concept, process and model
- Application of theory to practice using scenarios from your area of professional practice.
