Featured Course: MSc Maternal and Child Health: Socio-Cultural Perspectives

The MSc Maternal and Child Health: Socio-cultural Perspectives is ideal for children's nurses, health visitors, midwives and other practitioners working within maternity and children's services.

The course examines global concerns about maternal and child health. You will explore the impact of government policies; issues surrounding the health and social care of women, children and young people, and consider your own unique role in service improvement.

Three short courses are also available, starting in January. These are Perinatal Mental Health, Sexual Health and Wellbeing Across the Lifespan and Managing Pain in Children.

We interviewed Dr Alison Twycross the Course Director to find out what's special about the course.
