EVIDEM-C (2008-2012)
Description: EVIDEMOpens new window is programme of research and development that aims to support changing practice in dementia care in the community by developing and testing evidence-based interventions, from timely diagnosis to end of life. The EVIDEM-COpens new window project, nested within EVIDEM, focuses on continence promotion and incontinence management for people with dementia living at home and their carers.
