Biography
Julia is the joint Head of the School of Nursing and a member of the Senior Faculty Management Group; she is also the Associate Dean for Quality. She has strategic responsibility for the leadership and management of the School and is primarily concerned with improving practice and standards of care in nursing and across HEI provision.
Julia’s role interfaces with the NHS, Trusts, NHS London, National Professional Bodies and the national picture for nursing in relation to targets, quality monitoring, contract negotiations and new developments. She has joint strategic lead for continuing professional education for multi professional education. She is currently Vice Chair for the International Nursing Assessment Consortium in Hong Kong.
