Biography
Sara has a general nursing background in addition to over twelve years experience of successfully managing large scale multi-site clinical evaluations involving the implementation of changes in clinical practice. She has extensive experience as a project manager and a good track record for ensuring the smooth running of projects and achievement of milestones across project partners. Sara also has expertise in the design and execution of evaluation studies which capture the impacts of the planned improvements on staff, service users and their carers and the organisations more widely. Sara also brings experience of working with service users in focus groups and planning educational workshops for professionals.
Interests
Change in clinical practice; multi-site evaluations; service user involvement; competency of newly qualified nurses and readiness for work.
