Clare has been employed as a Senior Lecturer in Acute Adult Nursing since 2017.

She has worked within a variety of different Healthcare Trusts within the nursing fields of Oncology, critical care and pain.

While working within these fields she has developed an interest in nurse education and has decided to pursue this within her current role.

Within her role she maintains strong links with Practice, acting as a link liaison lecturer for various acute wards including ITU. She is a module leader on modules such as 'Care of the Acutely Ill Adult' and speaks about her various specialities and experiences to the students throughout their course.
