Biography

David joined Kingston & St George's in 1995, bringing more than 15 years' experience in nursing practice and education. Previous clinical roles included staff nurse in various departments of Leicester Royal Infirmary, ward manager and clinical nurse specialist in Epsom Hospital's elderly care unit, and two years as a charge nurse in orthopaedics and spinal injuries in Saudi Arabia.

David currently teaches gerontology, care of the older person and dementia care courses on the Foundation Degree in Health Care practice CPPD programme, the BSc (Hons) Nursing and the Common Foundation Programme.
