Biography

Donna is a senior lecturer in clinical skills and simulation. She trained with St George's as a Physician Associate and has worked in A&E and PICU since qualifying.

Donna has always been passionate about teaching and learning in healthcare, completing her undergraduate degree in Physiology and Pharmacology by doing a research project into e-learning in teaching. Her passion was again awakened by her involvement in the Physician Associate programme, and latterly, teaching medical students as a clinical skills practitioner.

Donna has also been involved in teaching postgraduate medics in the core medical training and foundation programmes, and she continues her work in Accident and Emergency Medicine as a Physician Associate whilst teaching in the Faculty.

Donna is interested in interprofessional education and how to make it valuable for all participant professional groups.
