Biography

Karen joined the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education in 2000, having previously worked as a clinical skills technician with St George's, University of London.

As a lecturer in clinical skills and simulated learning and teaching, Karen prepares students for clinical work across a variety of settings. She assists in the design, coordination and support of learning and teaching in simulated clinical environments, enabling students to develop and refine the skills required to become a safe and competent registered nurse on completion of their training.
