Rita joined Kingston University in 2013 and currently contributes to a number of early years and primary initial teacher training courses. Her roles include being a group tutor on the PGCE Early Years course and area lead for workforce development and professional partnerships. Previously Rita worked in a number of primary schools as a deputy head-teacher and SENCo before working as a teacher educator at St Mary's University College and London Metropolitan University.
