Biography

Sue is a senior lecturer in acute adult healthcare specialising in renal care. She started training as a nursing in 1984, qualified in 1987 and entered renal nursing in 1988. Sue has held a number of senior renal nursing positions including Joint Head of Nursing for a large renal directorate. Sue has also worked as a consultant providing educational support to a private dialysis provider. Sue's roles in higher education include a secondment to City University in 2004, working with Brighton Postgraduate Medical Centre to develop the UK's first multi-professional MSc in Nephrology and honorary lectureships at Brighton, City, Kingston and St George's universities.
