Associate Professor leads pioneering piece of work on palliative care for people with intellectual disabilities. 28th September 2015 Dr Irene Tuffrey-Wjine, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education and chair of The European Association for Palliative Care (EAPC) Taskforce on Intellectual Disabilities has led on the publishing of a white paper on “Consensus norms for palliative care of people with intellectual disabilities in Europe”.
