Please Note: Unique Identification Number (UIN) Process discontinued

The UIN process established by Kingston & St George’s University was discontinued at the end of January 2019. In line with other HEIs, we are now using each organisation’s mentor registers only with which to verify the authenticity of mentors. As before, all mentors must a current annual update i.e. within the year. To facilitate quality assurance and to support marking of the Practice Assessment Documents (PADs), organisations are being asked to submit their mentor registers three times a year. We have asked all practice partners to cascade this information to the mentors on their registers for their information and to ensure GDPR compliance.
