Judi joined Kingston & St George's in 2007 following a successful career as a senior radiographer spanning organisations from Harley Street to a range of London NHS hospitals. She has been involved in the education and training of medical and healthcare staff for the NHS Breast Screening Programme since its inception in 1986.

She is currently the course director for the Foundation Degree in Breast Imaging, aimed at assistant practitioners in the NHS Breast Screening Programme. She also teaches on, and is a module leader for, the MSc Breast Evaluation and the MSc Medical Imaging (Mammography) programmes.

Judi is an accreditor and assessor for the Society and College of Radiographers, an external examiner for the University of Salford's MSc/PgDip/PgCert in Advanced Practice, an external examiner for University College Dublin's Graduate Cert/MSc Mammography and a committee member of the Breast Focus Special Interest Group.
